The Gamer Behind House of Drakk Gaming

Welcome to House of Drakk Gaming!

I’m CountDrakk, just another gamer who has spent the better part of his life exploring virtual worlds, experiencing unforgettable stories, and developing a lifelong appreciation for video games.

My gaming journey began on PC, back in the days of MS-DOS and the original DOOM. From exploring the vast world of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind to eventually expanding my gaming adventures to PlayStation and later Xbox, my love for gaming has followed me across generations of consoles, computers, and countless adventures.

Through it all, one thing has remained the same: I love video games.

Not because of the platform they’re released on, the publisher behind them, or the number attached to a review score, but because of the experiences they offer.

Why House of Drakk Gaming Exists

Gaming has always been more than just a way to pass the time for me. It’s an opportunity to experience incredible stories, discover new worlds, challenge myself, and occasionally escape the demands of everyday life.

But as gaming has evolved, so have the conversations surrounding it. Between endless debates over console exclusivity, review scores, monetization, and the direction of the industry, it sometimes feels like the simple enjoyment of playing games gets lost in all the noise.

I enjoy discussing the industry, questioning the decisions developers and publishers make, and examining what works and what doesn’t in the games we play. However, I believe those conversations should come from a genuine appreciation for gaming rather than a desire to find something to complain about.

House of Drakk Gaming is my little corner of the internet where I can share that appreciation, explore those conversations, and offer my perspective as someone who simply loves playing games.

What You’ll Find Here

House of Drakk Gaming is primarily dedicated to opinions, reviews, and impressions, along with occasional retrospectives and deeper discussions about the games, developers, and moments that have shaped gaming over the years.

I’m not here to tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t enjoy. My opinions are shaped by my experiences and preferences, and you might agree with some of them and disagree with others. That’s perfectly fine.

Gaming is subjective, and the conversations that come from our different experiences are part of what makes this community interesting.

So whether you’re here to read a review, explore a different perspective, or simply enjoy a conversation about gaming, I hope you’ll find something that resonates with you.

Welcome to the House. There’s always room for another gamer here.
